To begin each session, sit and visualize the infinity symbol beneath you. Imagine you’re sitting right at the midpoint of the infinity symbol (like the woman on the book cover). Light a candle* and recite the invocation below, then sit in beautiful silence for 3, 6 or 9 minutes. Feel free to integrate other sacred elements to this practice, such as self-reiki, oracle cards, crystals and/or music.

 

As this candle burns

my Soul within me burns.

As this wax melts

resistance in me melts.

9-days to clear

lifetimes of fear.

As I give, I receive.

As I heal, I am healed.

Doors open & I walk through.

I am ready for the new.

Abundance flows with ease & grace.

For I have finally found my place.
