If your drawn to my work, you are a giver. 

You know that you're here to share your gifts, and to be of service. 

This is your calling.

However, this noble calling can be easily confused with patterns of rescuing others, people pleasing and putting your needs last. 

These patterns are a normal byproduct of an ego dominated world. 

So, please know there's no shame in this. 

We're all healing from this outdated programming. 
 

These damaging patterns can be especially engrained, if you're in the wellness and spiritual leadership field, where you are repeatedly told that yes, you are meant to put others first. 

But the truth is that to be of great service, meaning service that will heal the world, you must put your Soul first. 

Let me repeat that.

Your Soul must come first. 

Your Soul is eternally connected to the Divine. 

Your Soul knows who you're here to serve. 

Your Soul knows your unique gifts and talents. 

Your Soul knows all of the life experiences you've had, many of them incredibly challenging, that make you uniquely qualified for your sacred mission. 

Putting your Soul first can feel selfish but it's actually the LEAST selfish thing you can do because your Soul is ALWAYS leading you to the greatest service. 

Ascended Masters like Mother Mary, know how difficult this can feel. 

She lived a human life devoted to service. 

But she could only be of service because she was first and foremost devoted to her Divine Soul. 

So, my dears, take a moment on this powerful Equinox portal to pause, and receive from your Soul and Mother Mary or any other Ascended Master you connect with. 

Take a few deep breaths, bring the palms of your hands over your heart center and set the intention to receive from your Soul. 

You can say something like:

I am willing to receive from my loving Soul and Mother Mary.

Then, take a few breaths to simply receive your Soul's love. 

When it feels right you can ask your Soul a question like the following:

 How can I deepen my relationship with you this Spring season?

Then listen. 

Remember, your Soul ALWAYS answers you, but sometimes you won't become aware of the answers until a later time when you least expect it. 

So, in this moment, just enjoy this communion.
