You have a longing to offer something of value to the world, a contribution that will help many.

Something that you will share through your career, an existing one or a new one.
Or maybe it's through a creative project-- a book you want to write, a blog you want to share, or beautiful art you want to make.
This sense that you're here to elevate humanity through your service and/or creative projects, has been with you
since childhood.
And truly you have already helped many people.
But still, you have a knowing that there is more to share.
At the same time, your mind can be filled with thoughts that have you spinning in self-doubt.
Some of the common ones are:
Do I really have something special to offer?
If I still struggle how can I help others?
How can I focus on my contribution when I'm so busy?
I need to do something practical and put off this
dream until a later time when ____.
Am I just deluding myself about all this?
These thoughts can be pervasive and painful.
And, my dear, it's a completely NORMAL part of this process.
Please read
that sentence again.
The self-doubt is a NORMAL part of the process of sharing your Soul's medicine.
If is NOT a reason to stop.
It's actually a sign that you're on the right path.
Remember, your Soul is always guiding you to step outside of your comfort zone so following it's guidance will often feel vulnerable.
Your ego, on the other hand is programmed to keep you "safe" by keeping you the same, and it will interpret Soul-led action as dangerous.
This means that it will get very loud right at the moment
when you're considering take a brave step forward.
To be clear, this isn't about being reckless.
It's about honestly assessing where you're holding yourself back.
In other words, what step has your Soul been guiding you to take but somehow you always find a way to put it off.
Do not shame yourself for this.
Again, this is NORMAL and the reason most people hold back from making their biggest contribution to the world.
Have compassion for yourself, and then take the next right step.
It might be a small step that your ego will try to convince you won't make a difference (so why bother taking it).
But your Soul knows that in reality it will open important doors for you.
You've got this my friend!
Remember, your Soul's medicine is unique and ESSENTIAL to the healing of the
world.
Blessings,
Lisa
