Shifting from self-doubt to self-trust is one of the processes I help my clients with the most.
It's simple, but not necessarily easy, because self-doubt can be so painful.

Below is a simple Self-Doubt Inventory and
Shifting Process inspired by that episode.
You can use this to gain clarity about your particular form of self-doubt and then be empowered to shift into more self-trust.
For this practice, my definition of self-doubt is:
An action of judgment you take
towards yourself.
In other words, an inner critic or inner judger is interrogating you about your capabilities, and the result is self-doubt.
SELF-DOUBT INVENTORY & SHIFTING PROCESS
Step 1:
Call on your Soul and spirit guides that love you unconditionally to be with you during this process.
If you start to judge yourself it simply means your inner critic has taken over. If this happens breathe and call on the compassion of your Soul to fill your heart.
STEP
2:
Take the Self-Doubt Inventory below. Read the list and notice which self-doubt is creating the most pain/suffering/limitations (choose the top one from the list below or come up with your own):
- Your capabilities
- Your intelligence
- Your expertise.
- Your confidence.
- Your influence.
- Your creativity.
- Your strength.
- Your power.
- Your beauty.
- Your resilience.
- Your courage.
- Your likeability.
- Your leadership.
- Your discernment
(ability to make choices).
- Your intentions.
- Your integrity.
- Your value.
- Your goodness.
STEP 3:
Once you've identified the form of self-doubt that is causing you the most pain/limitation, notice how it feels in your body. Reflect on how this self-doubt is holding you back in your service/leadership.
STEP 4:
Take a few breaths, bring the palms of your hands to over your heart and call upon your Soul.
Ask it to help you visualize that instead of self-doubt you felt great trust in this area of your life.

do more of?
What do you do less of?
Receive a blessing from your Soul to help you embody more self-trust in this area.
That's it for now.
It takes a lot of courage to do this inner work but remember that even a little shift will create big
changes.
