You are so loved, right now, exactly where you are.
Whether you feel very proud of yourself or whether you're judging yourself in any way.
Whether things are
going great or you're in the middle of a challenge.
The truth is that your Soul loves you, ALWAYS, unconditionally.
You're also surrounded by Divine Beings who love you, and are devoted to your well being.
Yes, you have so much Divine support around you.
Feeling this support is ESSENTIAL
on your path of service.
It's what provides a wellspring of love for you to share with others.
But you also have free will and you can choose to block this support.
Or, to know intellectually, that you are Divinely supported but not really let yourself RECEIVE that support.
Receiving the support means truly feeling touched emotionally.
It means feeling your heart open, your body and mind relax because you're aware of how much love is around you.
So, my dear, I invite you to pause right now, and let yourself receive, the support.
Notice if your intellect argues that you
don't have time to pause, or that this won't really help.
This is a common ploy of the ego to keep you searching outside of yourself when the love and help you seek is actually within.
Right now, simply bring the palms of your hands over your heart, breathe in and say something like:
Beautiful Soul and Divine being who
love me unconditionally, help me receive the support that you so generously have for me.
Help me to feel the relief in my body, mind and heart.
Help me embrace trust and faith so that I can walk in peace and be of great service. Thank you!
