3.Hustle
Thoughts like:

• “Everyone else is ahead of me.”
• “I
can’t afford to rest/play/eat.”
These lead to burnout and disconnection from your sacred rhythm.
Here’s the truth:
None of these thoughts come from your Soul.
They are echoes of old programming, not your essence.
Your Soul
knows your worth.
Your Soul honors divine timing.
Your Soul trusts the impact of your presence.
When you feel pressure, self-doubt, or hustle arise—pause.
Place the palms of your hands over your heart center.

Earth.
