Beloved Helper,
One of the most powerful gifts you offer your people is this:
You help them feel safe within themselves.
You hold the frequency of calm presence—so they can return to their truth.
You do this because you’re uniquely designed to see people’s strength, even when they’ve forgotten it.
You gently guide them back to their power.
In a world where suffering, war, and deep polarity appear to be rising, this is
sacred medicine.
And now, more than ever, you’re being called to amplify it.
To become an even deeper well of grounded, Soul-aligned presence that helps others stay steady in uncertainty—so they can take wise, heart-led action.
Whether you do this through your work—your sessions, your creativity, your teachings—or simply through the
presence you carry as you move through the world…
You can only hold others in safety when you feel safe within yourself.
True safety isn’t circumstantial. It’s not created by external certainty or control.
It’s generated from within—through your thoughts, your alignment, and your devotion to your
Soul.
This kind of internal safety comes from knowing you have your own back.
From holding yourself with reverence, especially in moments of challenge.
For example:
- When a goal goes unmet
- When
the healing journey feels never-ending
- When setting a needed boundary stirs discomfort
- When you make a mistake publicly
You feel your feelings… and you speak to yourself with deep compassion and self-respect.
You reflect—but
from a place of love, not judgment.
This is how you become a sanctuary of safety for yourself first.
And once you do, you start to radiate a frequency that naturally draws in those you’re meant to serve.
It opens the way for your next level of impact, visibility, and creativity—without burnout.
So my dear here's a Soul Prescription: Coming Home to Safety
1. Set the intention to become your own sanctuary of safety.
2. Notice one sentence in your self-talk that’s creating internal unsafety (e.g., “I can’t believe I messed that up.”)
3. Ask your
Soul to transform it into a sentence of truth and love (e.g., “I’m proud of myself for staying on the path with courage.”)
4. Practice it. Feel the resonance of this new sentence in your body until it becomes your inner baseline.
You are here to be a sanctuary for others.
But it starts with
you.
Let your own nervous system, heart, and Soul be the first to receive the safety you offer so generously.
With love,
Lisa
