• The dream job hadn’t materialized yet.
• A long-awaited relocation hit a snag.
• A heart-led class didn’t fill as expected.
• The aligned community or partnership they longed for still hadn’t arrived.

In those tender in-between spaces, the mind starts spinning:

“How do I make this happen? What am I missing?”
 

But here’s the truth:

Getting stuck in the how often leads to self-doubt, spinning, and disconnection from your power.
 

This is when the Martyr Helper identity sneaks in—questioning your worth, overlooking how far you’ve come, and making you feel like your desires are too much.
 

Instead, I invite you to shift back into your Sovereign Helper Identity—the part of you that leads with trust, alignment, and Soul guidance.
 

This Week’s Soul Prescription

1.Clarify you vision.

What are you consciously creating right now? A new career opportunity? More aligned clients? Deep, nourishing partnerships?

2.Ask yourself:

How do I want to FEEL in that new opportunity, relationship, or next-level space?

Purposeful? Confident? Lit up? At peace?
 

3. Feel it now.

Let those feelings be your compass. Cultivate them in small ways throughout your day. Anchor them in. Let them lead.
 

This is embodiment. This is energetic alignment.

And it’s one of the most powerful things you can do to call in your next level—without burning out or overwhelming your nervous system.
 

Your joy and fulfillment aren’t luxuries. 

They are leadership. 

They are part of your legacy.

They let people
