Last night I got back from a quick trip to North Carolina to visit family. 

It was a whirlwind of activity, but I was able to carve out some precious time to myself which helped me get clear on the focus of this month. 

Personally, May is calling me to LET GO of old self-concepts and rise up into my new identify of more leadership, trust and courage. 

As I commit to this version of myself, my ability to help YOU show up with more impact, decisiveness and assuredness is magnified. 

Remember, that as a helper your life is the training that molds you to become the highest version of yourself—what I call your "Expert Self".
