As a helper, rest is essential. But it's important to know that false rest provides temporary relief and TRUE rest increases your capacity.
True rest is based on the truth that your Soul has infinite capacity and never
gets tired.
Your humanity does get tired, of course, but you can ask your Soul to increase your capacity so that you can serve with more efficiency and impact.
