What If You Are the Asset?
If you’re a healer, teacher, or creative leader…
You’ve
likely spent your life focused on others—guiding, uplifting, holding space, and pouring your energy into the transformation of those around you.
It’s your nature. Your calling.
And because your mission is so sacred, it makes sense that you often put others’ needs ahead of your own.
But here’s the deeper truth:
Your impact can only expand when you fully recognize that you are the asset.
That’s not ego.
That’s alignment.
You are the vessel for the healing, wisdom, and elevation you bring to the world.
And that
vessel—you—must be honored, protected, and deeply nourished.
Let’s redefine what it means to be a “helper.”
Being of service doesn’t mean self-sacrifice.
It means seeing your own well-being as essential to the well-being of others.
Because when
you’re resourced, connected to your Soul, and anchored in your worth—your work transforms lives at a whole new level.
And you feel deeply fulfilled while doing it.
I learned this in a deeper way last month.
While supporting Greg through his stem cell transplant and holding space for my
clients, I felt the pull to fall into old patterns:
Self-sacrifice. Martyrdom. Overextension.
The belief that my suffering was noble. That my value came from what I gave, not who I am.
But I kept hearing the words my Soul gave me years ago in meditation:
You are blessed, and you
are a blessing.
So I kept asking:
What if I’m the asset?
And with that question came a radical shift:
Instead of over-giving, I realigned with my Soul.
Instead of depletion, I chose devotion—to my truth, my needs, and my
Soul’s guidance.
And from that place, I could show up more powerfully for Greg… for my clients… and for myself.
If you're reading this and feeling the resonance in your bones—it’s because you’re ready for this shift, too.
You’re here to remind others of their worth.
But first, you must remember your own.
So, my dear, if you truly believed you were the asset…
– How would you care for yourself today?
– What would you say yes to? What would you lovingly say no to?
– What truths would you stop
denying?
– What would you finally allow yourself to receive?
Because the truth is:
You are not just helpful—you are essential.
Not better than, not above—just divinely necessary.
And
when you own that truth, your impact becomes unstoppable.
With love,
Lisa
