Beloved Helper,
One of the deepest wounds so many helpers carry is the belief that you must do it alone—figure it out alone, heal alone, lead alone, rise
alone.
You learned self-sufficiency because life required it of you.
You developed resilience because you had no other choice.
You walked alone because you were never meant to blend in—you came here to transform the world, not maintain the status
quo.
And while you may have felt alone…
You never truly were.
There have always been loving guides supporting you—unseen hands, Divine beings, and Soul allies helping you take your next step, even when the way felt
impossible.
For helpers, this can feel confusing.
“If I’m guided… why did I experience so many challenges?”
Because your Soul carries a Divine curriculum.
The experiences that
stretched you were also shaping you—molding you into the powerful helper, healer, and leader you are today.
And now, as we close 2025 and prepare to enter a year of expansion and visibility, one final shedding is being asked of you:
Release the belief that you must do this alone.
Release the idea that helpers must “figure it out” on their own.
Release the fear of burdening others.
Release the protector that insists you carry everything by yourself.
Your guides are here to help
you.
And they are beyond any religion—they’re not concerned with dogma.
They are concerned with your freedom, your healing, and your ability to shine your light with more power AND ease.
Among the guides who has walked closely with me is Our Lady of
Guadalupe.
She has held me through every leap of faith—giving me courage to pursue my education while mothering young children, guiding me as I left my established teaching career to follow my calling, carrying me as we moved to a different country and most recently, holding my heart as I help my husband Greg, through a cancer diagnosis.
To me, she is the helper of the helpers—a radiant embodiment of the Divine Mother who wants nothing more than for you to rise into your full potential.
Soul Prescription
Place your hands over your heart.
Ask gently: What help do I deeply need right now?
Maybe it’s material support—money, a job opportunity, new clients, community.
Or perhaps it’s more internal help you seek—peace, clarity, courage, faith, healing.
Whatever it is, allow yourself to receive it.
Imagine Guadalupe standing before you, her rays of golden light shining toward your heart.
Breathe it in.
Whisper:
“I am open. I receive. I let myself be helped.”
