You’re a helper.
Whether you’re a wellness professional, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, or working within an organization, you know this about yourself.
Helping
is not just something you do.
It’s who you are.
It’s your sacred mission.
- You’re the one people turn to in moments of need.
- The one who can bring others together in times of pain or division.
- The one who has created healing spaces, written meaningful words, developed innovative approaches, or quietly uplifted your community in ways that matter.
- You’re often the example of what’s possible.
And still-- you sense there's more.
More impact you’re meant to create.
More expression of your gifts.
More alignment between who you are and how you serve.
Maybe it’s doing more of what you’re already doing.
Maybe it’s something entirely new.
Either way, you can feel the guidance from within inviting you to step forward in a bigger
way.
And your heart wants to say yes.
But fears arise.
- You worry you don’t know enough.
- That you need more training before you can fully step into what you’re here to do.
- You worry about boundaries, about it
becoming too much, about burning out again.
- You worry about visibility.
- About being judged or misunderstood.
- Or that no one will want what you have to offer, and you’ll feel the sting of rejection.
So you find yourself pressing the accelerator and the brakes at the same
time.
Ready to open the door of opportunity, while unconsciously holding it closed.
If this feels familiar, there is nothing wrong with you.
You’ve been shaped by powerful conditioning about what it means to be a “good helper”.
+That you must
overextend.
+Rescue others.
+Self-sacrifice.
+Dim your light.
+Suffer for the cause.
This is what I call the Martyr Helper identity.
When you serve from these beliefs, even unconsciously, your work eventually becomes
unsustainable. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or find that what once lit you up no longer does.
When this happens, helpers often try to fix it externally.
A different career path.
More training.
Better systems.
More discipline.
But these are only temporary solutions.
The truth is, the impact you’re here to create can only come from the inside out. Otherwise, the same patterns return in a new form.
What’s actually required is an identity shift.
A shift into what I call your Sovereign Helper
self.
This is the version of you who serves from overflow rather than depletion.
Who understands that your wellbeing is not optional, it’s essential.
Who honors boundaries, timing, and inner guidance.
Who is no longer afraid of embodying her power.
And here’s the most important part:
You have already been preparing for this.
You’re not starting from scratch.
Your Soul knew that your gifts, your medicine, and your leadership would be needed in this season.
That’s why the old Martyr Helper patterns have
been surfacing, loosening, and falling away.
As this new year begins, you’re being invited to complete the shift.
In this powerful opening class of the year, you will:
• Explore how you’ve already been preparing for this shift into Sovereign service, and what it means for your leadership and
creativity this year.
This will help clarify your intentions and create greater focus and efficiency in how you direct your time, energy, and work.
• Recognize the internal ecosystem of the Martyr Helper Self that may still be operating behind the scenes and influencing your energy and actions.
This will
illuminate where you may be leaking energy or unconsciously reinforcing patterns that keep you stuck in old way of serving.
• Anchor into the internal ecosystem of the Sovereign Helper Self, and understand why identity, energy, and inner alignment matter more than effort alone.
This clarifies how true, lasting change actually happens, not through
pushing harder, but by working from the inside out.
As you look around at the world, your heart may long to help.
We are undeniably in a time of profound transformation and collective growing pains.
And yet, these are the times you came here for.
Your joy, fulfillment, and
impact are deeply intertwined with your service.
But that service must come from sovereignty in order to be sustainable and truly effective.
This masterclass is an invitation to begin the year differently.
More aligned.
More grounded.
More true to
who you are becoming.
Let’s do this together.
Blessings,
Lisa
