Walk with me to a quiet overlook of the city in Mexico where I live. From this vantage point, I share a recent meditation that surprised me. 

In this meditation, my Soul guided me to look ahead at the year and then showed me something unexpected: a radiant light returning to me. 

This light represented the blessings, support, and nourishment coming back from all of the value I had shared with the world. 

I knew immediately that this message wasn’t just for me. 

In this video, I speak about the sacred process of letting yourself receive. Of allowing the good that you’ve put into the world to find its way back to you. 

Especially for helpers, healers, and heart-led leaders who are far more practiced at giving than receiving.
