Beloved Helper,

As we step into the final quarter of the year, I want to remind you: this is your Breakthrough Year.

The year you release what no longer aligns with your Soul’s vision… and rise into the highest version of yourself, the one who is here to create profound impact with clarity, ease, and vitality.

Lately, I’ve felt as if Mother Mary herself is holding me lovingly upside down by the ankles—shaking loose the relationships, beliefs, and self-sabotaging patterns that can no longer come with me.

But your Soul whispers a higher truth: Release what doesn’t serve you. Step into the unknown. Rise into alignment.

2.  Call your energy back to you. 

3. Remember: this is the exact moment when many people stop moving forward. But this is when your Soul asks you to stay the course.
 

4.  Call on Mother Mary—or any divine presence you trust—to steady you as you shed the old skin and embody your next level.
 

Because the world doesn’t need more martyrs. 

The world needs sovereign helpers—leaders who walk in their power and serve from overflow, not depletion.
