Dear helper,
What part of you feels hardest to love right now?
- Maybe it’s the part of
you that struggles to set a boundary with a client or a loved one, and then judges yourself for not being “strong enough.”
- Or the part of you that constantly imagines worst-case scenarios, quietly draining your joy.
- Maybe it’s the way you’re eating or moving your body, and the story that you should be doing
better.
- Or the pattern of saying yes when your body is clearly asking for no.
- Maybe you’re so afraid of making a mistake, you turn away from opportunities that could actually support your growth.
- Or you feel embarrassed,
unsure whether you’re working too hard or not hard enough.
- Or there’s a situation you’ve been trying to heal for years but you're still not on the other side.
What if, instead of judging this part of you or wishing it were different, you met it with love exactly as it is right now?
I know that can feel almost impossible.
There’s a deep fear that if we accept something, we’re giving up, or telling the Universe we don’t want it to change.
But acceptance isn’t resignation.
It’s one of the most powerful forms of self-love.
When you love yourself this way, resistance softens.
Your nervous system settles.
You naturally realign with your Soul, because this is how your Soul loves you.
From that place, something important happens.
You start to feel better.
And feeling better is EVERYTHING.
Your mind relaxes.
Your body rests.
Creative solutions become accessible again.
What once felt immovable begins to feel workable.
Maybe not instantly, but you can see, and more importantly feel, the light ahead.
And when you love yourself
like this, you come back into integrity and loving presence.
You become magnetic to the people you’re here to serve and to the support meant for you.
This is why self-love isn’t optional for helpers.
It’s what makes your impact sustainable, clear, and true.
Soul Prescription
1. Place the palms of your hands gently over your heart.
Ask your Soul to fill you with her love.
2. Ask softly: Which part of me needs more love right now?
Listen with curiosity, without trying to figure it out.
Often, you’ll know right away. It’s usually the part you’ve been judging.
And even if nothing feels clear, trust this: your Soul knows. Simply by setting this intention, love is already being directed where it’s needed most.
3. Take a few slow breaths and allow yourself to receive the love of your Soul.
If you’d like support with this, I’d love to talk with you.
In a free Sovereignty Consult, we’ll gently uncover what’s blocking you, where you may be withholding love from yourself, and how your Soul is guiding you to serve next. Click
