Monday marks the final day of the Year of the Wood Snake. This past year carried the energies of release, shedding, death, and rebirth.
 

For helpers, this past year has often meant letting go of limiting beliefs, outdated self-concepts, and situations you’ve outgrown. 
 

To mark this last day of the Snake Year,  I'll lead a special Meditation for Helpers, which will include a release ceremony to consciously clear space for what wants to emerge next. The details to register are below.
