I’m so excited to invite you to the last Meditation for Helpers this month. This will be a special session to commemorate the Year of The Fire Horse and connect with the energies of courage, freedom and presence. 

In this session, I’ll:
 

•  Lead simple, powerful practices to call your energy, power and presence back to you.
   
• Guide you through an inner journey to connect with your Sovereign Helper Self (the part of you that serves from alignment, joy and authenticity) so that you can receive guidance on where this new cycle is guiding you towards.
   
• Integrate Reiki so you can feel clearer, grounded, and revitalized
