Dear helper,
You are devoted to your mission.
You are the one others lean on for guidance,
care, and insight.
You give compassion freely and hold others with patience and grace.
But when it comes to yourself, that same kindness often disappears.
You know self-love matters. You’ve grown. You’ve done the work.
And still…
• You criticize yourself for not being further along
• You’re impatient with your healing or progress
• Your mind fixates on what you still need to fix or improve
• Self-doubt, comparison, and insecurity quietly undermine your confidence
This disconnect between how you treat others and how you treat yourself is not a personal flaw.
It’s conditioning.
Most helpers were taught, directly or indirectly, that
being “good” means putting others first. That leadership requires sacrifice. That love is something you give, not something you embody for yourself.
I call this the Martyr Helper Identity.
And while it may look noble, it dilutes your impact.
The truth most helpers were never
taught
When love is withheld from yourself through self-judgment, self-abandonment, or lack of self-trust, your power weakens.
You begin unconsciously seeking validation outside of yourself.
This leads to overgiving, people-pleasing, rescuing, and a diluted
message.
Over time, it distances you from the mission you’re here to fulfill.
Self-love is not indulgent.
It’s not soft.
And it’s not optional if you are here to lead.
Self-love is a leadership practice.
When embodied, you stop serving from attachment or approval-seeking.
You stop changing yourself to be accepted.
You show up clean, grounded, and fully available for
service.
This is what I call the Sovereign Helper.
This masterclass is not about self-care
This is not a class about massages or bubble baths (although those can be great).
And it’s not
about avoiding challenging emotions.
This is a call to embody self-love so your leadership becomes clearer, stronger, and more impactful.
When you truly love yourself, you serve without overgiving, without rescuing, and without needing validation.
Your impact
becomes cleaner, more powerful, and more sustainable.
In this masterclass, you will:
• Identify how lack of self-love shows up in your leadership and service
• Recognize patterns of self-abandonment, harsh self-judgment, and self-doubt
• Understand exactly how these patterns limit your impact
• Connect with your Sovereign Helper Self and, from that place, begin creating a self-love practice aligned with how you are here to serve and lead
This masterclass is an invitation to hold yourself with the same devotion you bring to your mission, so
your leadership can move with clarity, power, and love.
