Dear helper,
Something important has been coming up again and again in my work with helpers:
There’s a quiet belief many of us carry that being hard on ourselves makes
us more effective.
Being hard on yourself can sound like:
• “Why is this taking me so long?”
• “This could be better.”
• “This wasn’t really a big deal.”
• “I don’t know that much, I should keep this to myself.”
None of this makes you more impactful.
It keeps you small.
It makes it harder for you to be seen.
And it blocks the people who need your work from finding you.
Self-love isn’t indulgent.
It’s not soft.
And it’s not optional if you’re here to be of service, to lead and to inspire others with your creations.
If you’re feeling the pull for deeper support right now, I want you to know this clearly:
You do not need to attend a class first to schedule a Sovereignty Consult.
If something you’re reading here resonates, that
alone is enough.
Private, one-on-one work is the most direct way I support helpers in creating clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact.
If you’re ready for that level of support, I’d love to connect.
👉 Schedule your free 1-Hour Sovereignty Consult HERE.
This week, I’m also teaching a free masterclass, More Self-Love Creates More Impact, where I’ll share how this pattern forms and how learning to lead yourself with love
directly strengthens your impact.
If this speaks to you, you’re warmly invited to join.
And you don’t have to choose one or the other.
Many helpers both schedule a consult and attend the masterclass.
The two experiences complement each other
beautifully.
One offers personal, focused support, while the other provides shared learning and perspective.
You can read more about the masterclass, and register below.
Blessings,
Lisa
