Dear helpers,
For a long time, I believed being hard on myself would make me more effective.
Instead, it kept me small.
When I
learned how to lead myself with love, my clarity and impact expanded.
This masterclass was born from that shift.
I know you are devoted to your service (creativity, leadership).
You are the one others lean on for guidance, care, and insight.
You give compassion freely and hold others with patience and
grace.
But when it comes to yourself, that same kindness often disappears.
You know self-love matters. You’ve grown. You’ve done the work.
And still…
• You criticize yourself for not being further along
• You’re impatient with
your healing or progress
• Your mind fixates on what you still need to fix or improve
• Self-doubt and comparison quietly undermine your confidence
This isn’t a personal flaw.
It’s conditioning.
Most helpers were taught that being “good” means putting others first. That
leadership requires sacrifice. That love is something you give, not something you embody.
I call this the Martyr Helper Identity.
And while it may look noble, it dilutes your impact.
When love is withheld from yourself through self-judgment, self-abandonment, or lack of self-trust, your power weakens.
You unconsciously seek validation outside of yourself, which leads to overgiving, people-pleasing, rescuing, and a diluted message.
Self-love is not indulgent.
It’s not soft.
And it’s not optional if you are here to help, lead and inspire.
Self-love is a leadership
practice.
This is not a self-care class about bubble baths or bypassing hard truths.
This is a call to embody self-love so your leadership becomes clearer, stronger, and more impactful.
This masterclass is an invitation to hold yourself with the same devotion you bring to your mission, so your leadership can move with clarity, power,
and love.
If this resonates, I'd love for you to join us!
