Whether you mother your own children, or are someone who mothers the world, May is the month to celebrate YOU. I am so delighted to be leading this magical, nurturing & uplifting evening at Beverly Yoga Center.
I can already feel the loving energy of the Divine Mother ready to bless all of you in this sacred gathering with Her love and healing.

Today's class will include special healing and rejuvenating mantras, gentle reiki, and mindful movement, all designed to help you renew and expand your energy.
