As you enter the final quarter of 2020, clear and reset your energy.

This month's Virtual Career Reiki* is all about releasing what no longer serves you (register HERE).

This year has been different. There have been so many changes, adjustments, and strong emotions. You've had to pivot, adapt, evolve in so many ways.

And it's not over. This journey of life is not a sprint, it's more like a marathon and PACING is essential. Part of this means releasing the unnecessary so you can receive the Divine support you need to share your medicine in the best way.

In this session you will:

Release other people's energy that may be clogging your system.

Release burdens, fears, and even trauma from 2020 so you can step into the last quarter with confidence, and peace.

Release old desires that are no longer relevant so you can embrace the new creations your Soul wants to birth through you.

Release burdensome thoughts so you can receive Divine wisdom and access creative ideas and solutions.

Activate and empower your hand chakras to open to receive the gifts the Divine has for you for your blessing and the world's.

Suggestions:

Have a journal and pen handy to write down any Soul guidance
Dress in comfortable layers
Feel free to be on your bed or yoga mat if you'd like to lie down during the session (you may want to have blankets, eye pillow, and cushions to make sure you're very relaxed)
Have water nearby to stay hydrated
