Those of you called to this noble mission have often experienced great pain, and it is through that initiation of fire that your compassionate heart was awakened.
Now there is an evolved vision to awaken without the need to suffer.
Please understand that this doesn't mean that you won't experience challenging emotions. These heavy emotions are part of the human experience.
However, suffering is caused by resistance, by closing yourself off from Source and judging yourself (and others).
This disconnect from Source is what you're ready to evolve from so that you can become greater channels of love.
This requires great self-honesty and a willingness to be vulnerable in your leadership.
