For the last 14 years, the Internal Family systems (IFS)has helped me step into wholeness, align with my Soul, experience emotional harmony and bring my creative dreams into form.
IFS--or "parts work" as it's often called--is a gentle and powerful psychospiritual model of therapy that helps you reach emotional balance by healing the various parts of you that carry emotional burdens and wounds.
In this special 3-day series, I will teach you a simple, but powerful, process to heal the different parts of you that carry emotional wounds and may be blocking you from experiencing long-lasting peace.
When you develop a loving relationship with your "parts" you are able to take the courageous action steps your Soul is guiding you to take, for your own blessing, and the blessing of the world.
