Thank you everyone who was at the book launch this past Sunday at Beverly Yoga Center. It was such a beautiful event. I know that many of you who couldn't attend in person, were with me in Spirit, and I could feel your love and support.

I'm still taking it all in, so I don't have many words to share with you right now. But I do want to share two short videos from the event and several pictures.

In the pictures, you'll see my amazing helpers Rita and Cristina, and several of the beautiful people who attended including some of my good friends who drove in all the way from Highland Park and Skokie, plus my dear husband Greg.
