Reiki is a gentle and powerful alternative healing modality that brings balance and harmony to the mind, body and emotions. It has been an essential aspect of my spiritual and emotional growth and it's something that I integrate with all of my coaching clients.

How Reiki helps me be a better mom

The simplest and most powerful way that I can explain Reiki is that it is the energy of unconditional love. When you do Reiki you are not actually doing anything. Instead you are channeling Reiki. You are a conduit for this beautiful energy to flow to any part that need healing.

All of the learning, the evolution you have done in your life expands your ability to channel this powerful and gentle energy.

When I do Reiki on myself I am in essence bathing my wounds, burdens, traumas, and limiting beliefs in unconditional love so they are no longer blocks to aligning with my Soul.

Special Reiki for Wellness Professionals Training
I designed this special Reiki training for those of you who are called do serve others, whether you do that professionally or as part of volunteer work that you do.  I only teach this class once a year so if your Soul is guiding you to train with me this would be the time. I'd love for you to join me.

Join me in Evanston for this wonderful event at Heaven Meets Earth Studio.  This lovely studio, which I mention in my book, was instrumental in my spiritual growth. And it's so exciting to be presenting there. The book talk will be followed by a restorative yoga and essential oils class. I'd love to see you there.
