As you head into the sacred, busy, and sometimes, emotional holiday season it is so important to set time aside to connect with your Soul.

Remember this is a year ONE, a foundational year that is setting the stage for the next 8 years.

In this healing circle I will guide a Soulful conversation and share practical exercises and meditations that will help you follow the guidance of your Soul to the next chapter of your career.

I will  also do a special Reiki Soul attunement on all participants designed to remove blocks and patterns of self-sabotage.

And I will also share a simple, nurturing home practice you can do to continue the healing and transformation long after the workshop ends.
