Reiki is a form of energy medicine that brings about healing at all levels--mental, emotional and physical.
In a Reiki share you receive Reiki in a safe, gentle environment in a group setting.
Doing this work in a gathering like this can be quite transformative, because you are harnessing the energy of the group to bring about healing.
The Reiki share will include some gentle meditations to bring about relaxation and tranquility.
