I am so excited to teach my first workshop of 2019!

January is the month of setting a beautiful, strong foundation for the year, and it is my joy to help you do that.

In this workshop, I'll be teaching you powerful, nurturing tools to stay aligned with your Soul's wisdom, and create the year you want to have.

I'll also be offering simple, practical, tools to shift your energy when you're feeling off-center, or stuck in an old mental loop.
