Tomorrow "Soul Flow Inner Spring Cleaning" special class at Beverly Yoga Center (EARLY REGISTRATION EXTENDED)

TOMORROW I'll be leading a special 2-hr Soul Flow class at Beverly Yoga Center.

If you're in Chicago, it may feel like spring is a very long ways away.

But it's actually coming soon!

The Wheel of the Year is turning, and the spring equinox will be here in mid March. Yay!

This is a perfect time to do an inner spring cleaning.

Release stagnant energy, refocus on your dreams, and renew your body, mind and emotions so you can prepare for the fertile spring season.

You will leave renewed, rejuvenated and restored.
