TODAY I'll be leading a special 2-hr Soul Flow class at Beverly Yoga Center.

If you're in Chicago, it may feel like spring is a very long ways away.

But it's actually coming soon!

The Wheel of the Year is turning, and the spring equinox will be here in mid March. Yay!

This is a perfect time to do an inner spring cleaning.
